Instructions

Whisk eggs on high speed till very thick. Add sugar, gradually.
Blend other dry ingredients together well.
Reduce miser to slow and add hot water and vanilla.
Quickly and carefully fold in dry mix.

Pour into prepared cake pan.

Bake at 350 F, 30 - 35 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
